Me vs my cousin, about 40 years ago.

Mate in 3.

In Competitive chess 5 moves against the Caro Khan, 8 Moves with the Scotch Gambit and 8 moves with Legal's mate in the Italian game and against Philidor's Defence.

6 moves against newbie friend

3 moves (reverse Fool's mate) against someone who turned up at my local. He said before we started that he wasn't very good, but they all say that.

I actually thought about the second move for a while. I would have been inclined to play d4 but at that point I was more interested in the possibility of Fool's mate than just winning. I thought maybe if I formed a pawn chain protecting my e4 pawn, he might be inclined to copy it by protecting his attacked g5 pawn with f6. In the event he did, but whether that was due to the psychology I'll never know.
