What's the term for a move that's offensive and defensive at the same time? (Tactics)

In particular, this puzzle inspired my question.  I missed the last Bishop move to protect g4 and attack the knight on d7 (hint!)  https://www.chess.com/tactics/452877

On one hand it's a fork.  Other forks could work the same way.  I think it could be called bifunctional or offdensive or dual-purpose but I'm sure there could be a better term (maybe in another language since chess is international and I'm not really)

Pawn moves can be especially multi-pronged because of en passant so it can clear numerous lines.

I've seen multipurpose move used even for non tactical moves.
