I play chess.com on my iPad and kindle thru the website.. I also have the app for chess.com on my kindle. I technically sign in 3 different ways.. how is this a violation?

I usually search game thru website then switch to app ones I find a game.. I guess I can't do that..

You can only be logged in the live server on one device.
