I think Chess.com should take a more active approach to these spammers. It's only recently become a problem. Anyone posting a topic with an Indian phone number should immediately be blocked!
I've contacted chess.com about this issue as well.

personally I hate it and even if it was truelly for free wouldn't buy any of it just becasue of these intrusive tactics!
