What's your favorite time bracket in live chess?

3 minute for me. Fast enough that you have to be quick, but not so fast that I'm always getting flagged like in bullet. Just enough time to be dangerous.
i like to have at least 30 minutes because im way to slow
What's your favorite time bracket and why?
My favorite is 5 min because I like to have enough time to make sensible moves, but still give the opponent a chance to time out.
