What's your OTB rating compared to online rating here?

Hi, all!
I played OTB in official city tournaments and ended up 150-250 points lower than my rating here on chess.com (both national and FIDE). Is it the same with you? I knew online ratings were over-inflated, but never thought they were SO MUCH over-inflated as compared to OTB. Of course some GMs have 3000+ here, that's OK. But I am more interested in levels like 1500+, do you get the same difference? Thanks!
