365chess is a (free) internet opening database. You don't even need to register an account. They have millions of Master games on file, although you have to dig through a few menus to find them.
Reti vs Bogoljubow (1924) New York (365chess.com)
Chessgames.com is a similar site, with no opening database but lots of Master games.

If you are watching a video, you don't have any control over how fast the commentator goes through the game.
