Where to find a free edition of Mein System

Aron Nimzowitsch has a famous book called Mein System (My System). After a century of publication, I expect the book should be freely available to public, but I didn’t manage to find it. Especially I’m looking for the original German version of the book (most likely without recent editions, since to keep the language as original as is to a century ago). Does anyone know where can I find the book?

Free version? I don’t know. Have you looked for a version of chess praxis though? It’s more for advanced players and I don’t think you can get a lot from my system. (I have both, English)

@B1ZMARK, I don’t want it for myself, I personally don’t like books at all. I want to go through it for beginners and intermediate players in my channel, and also make my own edition to the original book, so I don’t want to be biased by newer editions.


I make videos of tactics and sometimes my own games, some people told me that I go very fast and they don’t understand. First I thought it’s not bad to design a study plan and ho from beginner to intermediate. But I thought I’m not well managed myself and need a guide. Hence, I decided for the first time in my life to go through a chess book, and of course what’s better than a century old book on fundamentals of chess.

Probably just type it in on Googlr mein system pdf and scroll down till you find a credible download, that easy, if that doesn't work I got ways to pirate it

Both are books of struggle

I didn't expect it to be confused with "Mein Kampf".  The words "Kampf" and "System" have only one letter in common, have a different amount of syllables and a completely different meaning. So yes, it's surprising someone gets those confused just because the pronoun "Mein".

Definetly not. I'm probybly the only one here who actually read "Mein Kampf" by Adolf Hitler – at least the first 200 pages. It's completely the opposite of a systematic work, just a mixture of autobiography and random thoughts.

I have the english dual text translation. Not because I can read german, but for accuracy. 

Per suggestion of you guys, I googled again and found a version of book here:

Not a good quality though, but better than nothing. The website suggested by @spielkalb is of very good quality but the only downside is that it’s not as accessible as a pdf (we have to stick to browser to read it).

Of which book? "Mein Kampf" or "Mein System"?
