Let me rephrase the question: Which country haven’t you played against yet?
I have to think thoroughly to come with just a few. Greenland? Is that treated as a seperate country? Mauretania? Sudan? Jemen? Some island in the Pacific? Andorra? Liechtenstein? Laos ? Cambodja?
I definitively have seen Vatican City, Tuvalu, North Korea, Iceland and a few more.

it has to be North Korea right? I mean they don’t even have internet there. Plenty of trolls on cc that display the flag, but i doubt many if any are actually from NK.

I was referring to actual accounts on Chess.com per country. I don't think there's a way to determine the true number of players. However, an update to my previous response is that Guinea-Bissau has even less than Montserrat, with just ~140 accounts. South Georgia on 3rd with ~200. But this is just from my findings. I looked into most small countries but didn't do an exhaustive research on all 241 countries listed in here.
