Which GMs are playing KID these days?

Hate to have seen KID lose popularity over the years.

Not many top GMs are playing the King's Indian Defense these days. Forget the top GMs, even normal GMs don't play it. I don't think I have seen any 2700+ GM play it recently. But Kasparov played it on the Black side against Hikaru Nakamura at St Louis 2016. It was a draw. I am a big fan of KID too. Hate to see the position of KID now. But it is just a fashion. Sometimes some openings become more popular than the others because top elite GMs play it and we as herds of sheep follow it. For example Italian Game and Guico Piano was in rage during the recent Norway Chess 2017 while the Najdorf went down. It's just like the weather bro, sometimes sunny, other times rainy,snowy,windy. Choose an opening which you like and feel comfortable. I know that you look for top GMs playing the same opening as you do because it gives some assurance and comfort but follow my advice. I play the Scandinavian Defense as black and none of the top GMs play it. But I have had enormous if not massive success with it. The point is that we don't play GMs and they don't play like us, even slight inaccuracies means defeat when playing against them but it is not the same with us right.
