A number by itself is meaningless. If I tell someone my chess.com rating I tell them the website, time control, and number.
Not so long ago someone told me they're "1600 on lichess" so I asked what time control. They said "rapid" but I didn't know how rapid compared to blitz there, so I asked them that too (I forgot what they said, something like their blitz would be 100-200 points lower)... and that's what it takes to know how good someone is, you have to be familiar with the site and time control.
Which rating do you give if someone asks? If you just give your highest rating, then I'm 1300 with the 30 minute games.
