Positional players have more fun because they make their opponent suffer for a long time, while tactical players finish off their opponent quickly.
Who has more fun playing chess? Tactical players or positional players?

Positional and Tactical are one and the same. If yo think differently, I suggest you take some time off and relax : )

I've heard that players under 2200 don't have a style; they have a collection of weaknesses in their game. So, there are no tactical players, there are players who are positionally weak. How true this is, I won't guess at, but it brings me to my answer:
Gaining positional knowledge, learning about pawn structures and such, has helped me enjoy chess more than getting better at tactics has. It helps me understand the game better, and in most games, the majority of moves have a positional motivation rather than a tactical one. (Also, the player who's better at positional play will likely have better tactical opportunities as well.) Therefore I'd say that players who have a solid positional understanding will understand and enjoy more of the game than those that don't.
I would say that positional players have more fun in gerneral. Tactical players have more fun when they win because they can say I beat a guy in under 25 moves and I was down a rook materially but get this I had...(Panting) Mate in 5 with a queensac later to boot...(more panting) 17. Rxg6!! amazing move donch think...(more panting accompanied by drooling.) and then 23. Qh8+!! Kxh8 Bb2#
