I enjoy watching Joel Benjamin's banter blitz on ICC. He's very laid back but will kill you on the board.

And more recently, Eric Hansen's Chessbrah youtube channel. 

Mikhail Tal has some of the most interesting games. I also like Mato Jelic and Daniel Rensch because they're good teachers and solid players
