When they lose connection? I love it when I am losing.

My opponent in a 30 minute game has been "thinking" for 15 minutes and counting. Not disconnected.. What a waste.

Even if my opponent disconnects when I was 1 move until lose

I blocked the bad sport and reported stalling/quitting. It's possible there was an emergency calling my opponent away from the board but I somehow doubt it.

I wanted to play chess, not stare at someone's clock for 25 minutes. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened on chess.com. Do other online sites have the same problem?

Yes. You can report them for stalling. Probably starts off with a warning, then if continued end up in the poor players pool.
