Honestly, it's a popularity contest that's all that lists it seems the same people every month (except the past winners) that always has more dribble in it than a basketball game. It's just high school in a forum thread.

I was deposed in association with a case involving the Golden Venture, a ship which smuggled Chinese aliens into the United States about eight or nine years ago. Emergency health care for illegal aliens along the southwestern border is already costing area hospitals $200 million a year, with perhaps another $100 million in extended care costs.
