@vi_pranav is pretty high. I'm not sure if there's any higher.

You could check yourself on the chess.com leaderboards. On the top left-center of the page, there exists a dropdown menu of all the rating categories, which each have their own leaderboard.

But then again, some of these "non-title" accounts could be side accounts of titled players who have been granted permission to open a second side account.
