A really surprising question for a 1900, but as the person above said you will either win a piece or get 2 pieces for 1 rook(which is a decent advantage). The obvious point is that after bxe3 then rxc7 leaves you a piece up, so after rxd7 either qxd7 or rxd7 by black is forced, followed by qxc5 by white.
