why a draw?

Will I get my points back for the win? 😓 Or can someone always just refuse to move and never have a loss in their stats?
Did the "winner" have insufficient material by any chance?

This is very odd. The last move is made by white who has a lot of material left and a lot of time left as well. Black doesn't play a move, uses 14 minutes and the game ends in a draw, as if it was white who timed out.
It could be a bug, the other plausible explanation is that white disconnected from the server and because of it, it has counted as if his time was up, so it was a draw because black has only his king left.
You should contact the support for sure to find out.

It looks like a computer error. The explanation in the game review (hover over black circle with an i after the last move) states that Black ran out of time and White had insufficient material. I would say that White has plenty of material.

It looks like you probably got disconnected while waiting for your opponent to move. Currently, the disconnect timer can start when it's not your turn. Normally that would result in a loss by abandonment but since your opponent doesn't have sufficient material, it's a draw. There also isn't a game termination type for draw on abandonment, so it shows as a draw on time with insufficient material.
