Actually looking at your account you have done barely any tactics.

To get to 1000, it's mainly about applying solid (opening) principles and not blundering. Learn an opening for white, one for black, develop your pieces towards the center, castle and make solid moves. Learn something about tactics and try to look for them in your games.

Don't be too hard on yourself, chess has a steep learning curve. Losing is part of getting better. Review your games, spot patterns, and focus on opening principles and endgames. I’ve struggled with similar plateaus in academics, and using platforms like paytowriteresearchpaper.com helped break things down into digestible parts. Same goes for chess: break it down, study a bit daily, and improvement will come with time. Stick with it you’re learning more than you think!

Before making the move observe if you left any piece unprotected or next move it will be checkmate/check. You will go to 1000 soon if it becomes your habit.
