Why am I unable to play Crazyhouse?

Why are Crazyhouse and the other chess variants unavailable or unplayable on the Chess.com app and inaccessible via web browsers due to "being disconnected" or "connection issues" when I have nearly 500 GBPS high speed internet that is working for all of my other apps. Have all of the chess variants been disabled?
