I was watching tennis today and Caroline Wosniaki is sort of minimum "cute" standard that I would have gone out with when I was young enough to go out with such people. Are there any chess players like her? If not, why not? Because they sit around all day instead of exercising, maybe?
I completely disagree that most people who are attracted to chess are mostly UGLY !!
I never said they are ugly. Just not good looking. Mostly plain, maybe below average. There are exceptions of course, maybe 5-15% of GMs have above average looks, some examples were provided in this thread by those who argue against my claim, but that doesn't disprove the general tendency for GMs to lack the physical appeal.
