that's an interesting point. Millions of people visit the Sistine chapel and other famous sites in Vatican city every year. 1000 would be a very very small number of tourists that decided to create an account while they were there.

If this is true, than it's ironic considering it's the smallest country in the world.

The Staff, rightly so, does not care about flags so far, you can put anything like North Korea although chess.com is banned in North Korea.

Vatican is used by religious people for instance, isn't it? Some flags aren't countries like Catalogne which is part of Spain or Basque which is part of France and Spain. Don't expect non Europeans to be sentitive to this

i find it highly unlikely that you'd want to make a chess.com account instead of taking pictures of the sistine chapel on your vacation to the vatican, 1000 is probably an accurate estimate

It gets boring going to church all the time. An chess is not a sin. So they play a lot of it.

what's boring about vacations though? I personally find them fun.
