Black can only win if White allows it.
White's material advantage is overwhelming. The Black queen will not be able to checkmate (in this game) without some type of support from another piece in this game and black has no other pieces to help besides the King, but his mobility is already limited.
Black's "best bet" would be to find a way to initiate a perpetual check, if possible, but I don't see it as a possibility in this game.
