Why can't I play rated games?

From past one week, all live games I get are unrated. Is there any setting to play a rated game?

click on costom, then click on rating options and theres a switch for rated and unrated

I want to play Online RATEDcorrespondence chess but when I started to play I see that I am unrated, what do I have to do to be RATED ?

Hi,

I now became a Diamond Member, I want to play Online RATED correspondence chess when I go to “Chess Stats: Socher4772” I see that I am unrated, what do I have to do to be RATED ?
