This morning i asked why you do nothing against the cheater ? You only lock the subject.
I know you can't ban 80% of your customers but at this level it's the corrupted.
I started game on wenesday and i met only cheaters, except 1 player (about 40/50 games). It's very easy to get IP of players of your website and record his monitor (as like he streams, with TheOneSpy and I keep the name for get IP) for see if he use a ehlp for play. The answer is yes for everyone.

I can list everyone if you want. I can post video on Youtube for proov and show the reality of communauty. But i don't understand why you prefer stay inactive than offer chess quality environment.
People think chess is an exception but chess online is one of game (in video game) where you can fin the most cheaters. true players (competitor FIDE, hobbies) represend only 20-25% of the communauty online.
If you don't see, then i can cheat everygame without be ban, it's very easy the security was good there was 40 years ago but not now. I know you have the capacity to improve that but i don't know why you choice to do nothing.
