The beauty of chess lies in the human element—creativity, intuition, and psychological aspects. If everyone know how play chess perfectly so games will end in a draw, so then why play anymore. The main thing why player play chess is because of its unpredictable result, everyone make mistake even computer do, but this is what keep chess interesting. You can win if your opponent make mistake and the opposite. A perfect example of why chess is pointless if it is solve is tic tac toe, the best move for x is always the corner as o only have one option that is to play the center or else o will lose and after that the game ends in a draw as o block x stopping x from double attack, if you say what if o and x play different move at the first move, trust me with perfect play it is a draw, and many people know this.
