Why disconnections?!?

Hello chess.com.
I enjoy playing chess on this site, and want to continue to play chess games on this site. Recently, I have been experiencing disconnections and wanted to know if it's my computer, or the website. I'm using Lubuntu 15.04 and Version 48.0.2564.82 Ubuntu 15.04 (that's verbatim for the version number). I closed every other tab, albeit I may have a music player running while I play, and noticed it disconnects usually the 2nd or 3rd game. The disconnects happen at a crucial time, and my opponent usually has more time than I do when the disconnect happens.
Please let me know if it's the website, my computer, and if I can be of assistance.
