why do all the players play at chess. com not Lichess

Stronger players tend to play on lichess. The exception is if it's a professional player bc chess.com pays them to play on their site instead.

Is the lichess community that bad in there? I thought lichess have a wholesome community because all features in there are free to use ( as far as I know) and not like reddit toxicity, as you said.
