What's the problem? It's bullet and blitz! Who the F cares?
I play 5-minute on here and my rating is highly volatile. It means nothing and shows no signs of skill. Over the Board ratings show one's true strength!
Why do I get these types of Opponents?

just want a way so i don't have to play them. let them screw with somebody else. i don't mind a 1800 - 1900 variance. but f'ing 1800 - 2500!!!!

At 1550 I'm finding nearly all the players I face have a peak rating 300 points higher than their current rating at least. Quite a few were once 2000s. (from memory i think roughly 7 of my last 10 blitz were) It is annoying because I set my game search to +50/-50 and these sandbaggers/sloppy players/ account sharers (whatever reason you want) make it so you don't know what true ability of player you are actually playing. These aren't 1800 starter accounts coming down either. "Big deal it's just online rating" True but for consistent honest players it's still annoying. Have to put up with it though, playing a game full of kids and egomaniacs. Anyone going 300 points higher and lower is cheating in some form. For blitz the only valid excuses I can think of is peak rating happened more than a year ago or people who play long time control with increment and then 3/0 and are bad at one of those. Maybe another time tier needs to be implemented if that's the case. Whatever my peak rating will be I know I will never be playing 300 points lower than that level- not sure why others can do that?
