Why do I have more games as black

I noticed that I have played the black pieces 33 more times than I have played white. Why doesn't it even out over time? Instead, the imbalance seems to keep slowly growing.

OP here.

If the color is assigned randomly, then I am probably ending up with more games as black because I have aborted many fewer games than my opponents. Opponents seem to abort more frequently when they get black and if the algorithm doesn't adjust for that, it will reward that behavior.
