If you want to be good at 45+ min games, practise them. If you want to be good at blitz, practise blitz.
But your blitz chess will always be worse than your 'normal' chess simply because you have more time to think things through.
Why do i suck at blitz?

Actually, my blitz chess is better than my normal chess. In normal chess, my opponent has more time to think things through.
I'd say most people have trouble with blitz because they don't move fast enough.

No need to get annoyed into how you play blitz the way I see things is what do you learn in blitz apart from playing fast? I can tell you nothing.

Well i beat a FM in 45 30 and do well against a GM in 60 0
But in blitz i lose to like 1500..
it frustrates me, im one of those guys that need like 10 minutes for a tactical move
in blitz i just dont see anything tactical and im stupid in blitz, i get scared off time pressure

Blitz is basicly 80% preparing a trap in the first couple of moves, that´s easy to fall into. Atleast below a certain level.

haha yeah, and its 45+ minutes :P
but i think im pretty good at 30 minutes also,
and true, all my tournaments that i enter in the future will be 30+

Alright thanks for your input!
i will put aside blitz.. for NOW.
Then maybe in the future i will practice it

in blitz if your playing a grandmaster just play random moves , make him think, and waist his own time

To improve in blitz you need to listen to your heart.
Im listening to it, i dont hear anything, just thump thump thump thump

people that blitz cant do long and people that do long cant blitz its as simple as that with exceptions ofcorse but still

Tactics Trainer helps a lot.
I easily see patterns and weaknesses in pawn formations, misplaced pieces, etc. My TT rating now is around 1900, but my play rating is 1300. Just work on finding things like that, because usually blitz games are sharp in tactical moves and strategy is generally standardized to the basics like controlling the center and blah blah blah.

The idea that your blitz will always be worse than your normal/slower chess is only true in terms of the game quality, not necessarily true in terms of results. Tons of players have better results in blitz than in slow, even if their moves are better in slow chess. I think that's obviously because winning and losing depends on how much better YOUR moves get in slow controls compared to how much better your opponents' moves get in slow controls. Both players may play "better" objectively, but one may get worse results.
It's like a marathon runner who is "better in hot temperatures" -- he/she doesn't necessarily run faster (than in cool temperatures); he/she just SLOWS DOWN LESS in the heat than his/her competitors and therefore gets better results in terms of place, not time.

Ofcourse you're right. When I typed that I wasn't thinking about the overall result, but about the amount of mistakes made though.

What's the other 20%.

I am much better at longer games than at blitz games. I think its because I don't really know how to manage my time in faster games. (I either move too fast or not fast enough!) I absolutely hate bullet games (1 minute per side!) because I just think they are pointless.
Why do i suck at blitz
but im so good at 45 minute + games??
ARRG it annoys me!
