why do people play like this on 1400 level?

You just got a few strong players. Sometimes I play like this, and my rating was 1400 not so long ago.

My rating is around 1400 and I do my best to improve. However, quite often I see very strong players. For example these games happened 3 times out of my last 9 games.
I just feel confused. I have done my best and I played way above my rating and despite that I still lost. I feel like I have to play 90+ accuracy in order to reach 1500 but it doesn't make sense to me
