Why does game review make this error?

Wait, that is really weird. I assume it’s a mistake on the scripter/coder for the review bots part, but honestly I have no idea.
Sometimes that happens to me too…
Whenever my opponent has mate but stalemates me, game review says
but the game doesn’t continue. It is stalemate, so the game ends. Why does game review say this? It irks me every time I see it!
