I love all the people who think that because they pay, nothing will ever be broken for them.
I love all the people who think that because someone is paying doesnt mean they demand quality.
Stuff breaks. It does not break for one group while functioning perfectly well for others, and when staff goes to fix it they are not going to program a bunch of extra code to make it work for only paying members. It's callous and stupid to say "well at least make it work for the paying people!!" because that service is either working for everyone or for no one.

Confirmed as well.
The "Play Agains the Computer" feature is extremely buggy--this being just one of the worst examples of the defects.
It is embarassing that it ever went live in this state and that's it's still on the menu.
