No, white's advantage on move 0 is too subtle to give him a win with perfect moves. It will be a draw.
Why doesn't white always win?

weeks?

GMs make way more mistakes than you think.
I was watching one game on here with Magnus and another GM. Magnus made one blunder and his opponent made two or three. Granted it was a three minute game and there was time pressure, but people make mistakes.

GMs especially under the 2700 level make tons of mistakes. Reminds me of the Hikaru video where Komodo just 10-0ed him like it was nothing.

My rating is under 1000 so I'm pretty crap at this game and therefore expect to make mistakes, I also I expect my opponents to make mistakes. But GM's, in theory, don't make mistakes and if no one makes a mistake then, by virtue of the fact that white always has a move in hand, white should always win -- so why doesn't it?
Just curious.
GMs make mistakes. A mistake for a GM would be a "good" move for us plebs.
Chess is a game where it is likely that perfect play means a draw. In order to win, someone has to make a mistake.

Either side to move, this is a draw, even though white has a pawn.
A pawn is worth more than the first move.
QED

Of course GMs ,make mistakes Also super GMs make mistakes.
But never-the- less
there have been thousands of games played where neither side made a mistake. Those games have always ended in a draw.
In the billions of games played there has never been even one game published where one side won without the other side making a mistake.,
