Why don’t I receive emails from Chess.com after cancelling my membership?

I remember cancelling my Chess.com membership last year, but I was charged again this year.

I also can’t find any email confirmation from last year about the cancellation. Even after cancelling just now, I still haven’t received any cancellation email. On top of that, I’m unable to remove my card details.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions or pointers would help.

I just cancelled my membership on GeoGuessr, and I immediately received confirmation emails regarding the cancellation.
