If you want to have a discussion of the things we don't do to get better that would be fine too :)
Why don't you look at chess problems?

Because if you don't like this chess problem then I'm thinking you just don't really like chess that much at all...

There are so many really dopey threads out here that attract alot of attention. Sometimes I wonder why one like this doesn't seem to do so...

Ok, so not only do you not look at chess problems, but apparently you also don't look at threads asking why....

....and yet idiotic "word association" threads have 100s if not thousands of comments.
Oh cold cruel chess world. Why has't though forsaken me?

Now if we could all please respect the sanctity of this thread and its keeper as the resting place of the Unread Puzzle.

Actually the puzzle was accessed 100's of times, maybe way more by now since it was only posted today. I just know from experience that so many of us never bother looking at them. This one, to me, was just so amazing and yet simple that I was somewhat astounded and am just encouraging people to have a look.

I know you're being funny, but it's not an "unread puzzle". The original thread is below and as of this moment it already has about 300 posts. By my reckoning that's a fairly active thread :
