analyze all ur games. i dont mean the chess com game review feature - thats lame. just try to understand where u made a mistake and take a mental note to never repeat it again(assume you just lost a game because of letting there be one backward pawn that ruined your pawn structure - think about it and now some of the next gmes u play, regularly think about that issue being created in ur other games. at some point, not making that particluar mistake will become an instinct)
