Practice makes perfect.
The more puzzles you solve the better and faster you get at them.
If you need 4 minutes, then so be it. This also means you should play classical chess only, like 90|30. To play rapid chess like 15|10 you should be able to solve tactics puzzles in less than 40 seconds as in a game nobody tells you there is a tactic notr for which side.
Why i will never be good at chess and many people too

You didn't get it. I can solve many puzzles but i do it too slow according to expected time.
And i solved a lot of puzzles but i doesn't help to improve the speed especially if there is no specific tactic motif but pure deep calculation is needed. Some people just cannot calculate that fast. I also see this in the puzzle battle. Some people can solve puzzles very fast. First puzzles are easy but solving speed is very different.

you can be good. so is everybody else if they keep practicing properly..its just, not all can be the best

Today i reached 3000 in puzzles but spend 14 minutes on last one.
The target time of that puzzle is just 24 seconds. I cannot imagine how it is possible to solve it in 24 seconds unless i have memorized it. You need to see at least 5 moves ahead. These moves are not forced and first variant that has come to my mind looks good but false.
In comments some posted that they solved it in 3, 4 minutes but to me even 4 minutes is too fast. I think this is the main reason why some are very good and some are bad. You never can be good if you are very slow.
I think you answered your own question bud.
It is not the question it is the statement. Everyone has a ceiling that not possible to defeat.

less speed, more depth.
do chesstempo puzzles instead. the 2200+ rated ones will make you slow down, and the 2300+ are almost impossible for me

You spent 14 minutes on a puzzle ? I wish I had the same amount of patience.
I don't have membership and have only 5 attempts per day. To make progress i need to be sure the solution is 100% correct and calculate to the last move.

I'm fine with there being a time limit, but I really think they should award more points for being way below the target time, because for some puzzles you get 3x less points for being slower.

puzzles on lichess are free and more of a variety man.
Even without premium membership you've got unlimited puzzles on this site. Just go to Puzzles -> Custom. There you even can decide of what kind of puzzles you want to train by selecting the motifs.

Spielkalb nobody likes hackers. I've checked lichess is free and you don't need to be hacker.
Sorry, but I don't see a connection with my post to hackers at all. What I wrote is simply a function of this site which is obviously not well known to players. It's there for everyone to use, and it is not a "hack".
I understand chess.com is over priced. But please don't hack or teach people hacker ways it's not very kind sir.

I don't see that the premium membership of chess.com is overpriced. At least not the gold and platinum.
And as I said before, custom puzzles are not a "hack" in any ways, it is a function they offer on this site for everyone. Just take a look at the Puzzle menu.
