why is my percentile score not working please?

Why is my percentile score not working please. I’m a newbie and can’t find any info.
I honestly don't remember if it's some minimum number of games played or days of membership, but it's one of those. It'll show up soon though, like within a week or two at most is my best guess. Anyone know for sure?

Thanks I can’t find any info on it. Also some people have played hundreds of games but have a zero percentile score but their win numbers look quite good?!

You must play a minimum of 30 games of that time control in the past 90 days.
Surprised myself and found the answer...
Why can't I see my percentile?
If your percentile isn't showing, or is showing N/A this may be because you have a new account, or because you haven't played any of that game type recently.
In order to appear on leader-boards and have your percentile calculated, your account must be at least 7 days old.
You also must have played 20 games of that game-type within the past 90 days. If you go 90 days without playing a blitz game, for example, you will no longer be able to see your blitz percentile until you play 5 blitz games.

Thank very much. Not sure it’s working then as I would have thought several people I have played would have met that criteria. I wonder if you have to pay to get it now as so many have signed on?

Your account isn't 7 days old yet. Also, you've only got five games in your archive. Were the rest against Bots? Not sure they count.

There is another stipulation as well. If an account is muted, it won't show.

My percentile is 1.3 but i am rated over 1200 how is this possible my freinds rating is 1100 but his percentile is 81 how this is possible

My percentile does not show on my account and I've played hundreds of game while being active daily for months. Anyone know how I can get it to show??

Hey thanks for the advice, how do I verify my email? I checked my email and there wasn't a verify account email sent to me? Is there another way I can do it on the app or website?
