Why is White Bishop on white square better than White Bishop on dark square?
Because it attacks Black's kingside pawn(f7 or h7)?
Sometimes, White Bishop on dark square is also used in attack, when placed on f6 or h6. (if black pushed his pawn to g6)
The white bishop on dark square is bad, so early in game move it to white square.
We see this in diagram two white bishops on white squares.
