Why the heck do people start spamming after they lose the queen, then, they block and report me?

Some people are just angry losers I guess. I don't allow in-game chat but it is very annoying when people spam draw offers.

In my humble opinion, offering a draw when you're in a dead lost position should be considered a fair play violation. I think that since the website has always held a completely firm stance against being a sore loser — the best example being that stalling is a bannable offense — there's no reason for getting butthurt about losing badly and trying to get your opponent to foolishly accept a draw instead of simply resigning and moving on to not be punishable.
There are only two issues I see with this. One would be finding a good name for this violation. "Draw spamming" sounds good to me.
The other issue is that it would be a headache to prove when it does happen. Taking screenshots of declined draw offers in positions that are clearly lost and then submitting them as evidence of the violation when prompted seems like it would be quite reliable, but it also sounds rather time-consuming as well.
