Why wont chess.com ban these cheaters?

There are two cheaters who get 99 percent accuracy and are playing in a tournament I'm in. I've reported them and chess.com has not banned them even though they are clearly cheating with no innacuracies and 99 percent accuracy in the last 5 rapid games they played. They are [public accusations are not allowed -- VP]

Go play Dota, you dont need do amateur tournament in onlinr chess..online chess is such a [removed -- VP] game, beating GM is just a dream, all chess theory were [removed -- VP]. Computer can beat human,better go for swimming/gym and athletic thingy

The site gets a lot of tickets and it may take a little while for them to get to your report, run  their checks, and resolve it.
