The problem with the question "will computers ever solve chess" is that the negative answer can never occur. After literally any finite time, it is still not true.
I like to view such questions as a limit of an infinite set of more reasonable questions "will computers solve chess by 2019?", "will computers solve chess by 2020?", "will computers solve chess by 2021?" and so on.
For a bet it is essential to specify a time limit, and the same is a good idea for a poll, IMO.
Well, with every stage of advancement computers are giving out better and better results for white but it's not sure if we will ever reach a stage when there is always a definite win for white because with the advancement the number of draws are also soaring up.

That is the way I see it too. Over the last 100 years or so the rate of draws is going up. But the rate of white wins is going up also. So it seems like the trend is either white wins or draws. Black's number dont look so good. It would be interesting to know which is going up more, or faster. My guess (and it's only a guess) is that somewhere white has a forced win from move one.
This blog by watcha is pretty good...
When it claimed microtubules in the brain were superconducting, I completely lost confidence in the views of the blogger.

Current result:

The worldwide top chess computer is already brute-force (searching through every single possible position in chess). How can any computer beat brute-force?
Looking good! I am feeling confident of victory.
