Windows phone app broken

Hi,

The windows phone app seems broken.

"An unknown error has occurred. Would you like to report the problem?".

I've answered yes and reported, but heard nothing back. My colleague has had the same thing. I noticed there was an Android update several weeks back, but no windows one. Did windows phone get missed?

The staff rarely respond directly unless you submit a ticket using the contact email ( on the Help page). Perhaps it sets up a workflow that requires their attention to turn off buzzing alarms.

The different apps appear to be on unrelated schedules.

Thanks - couldn't find the help page - so I started this thread.

Ah - now I see it, and the bottom of the screen !!

Submitted a ticket. I suppose having this thread will help to see if others get the issue.

Please, please fix it. I have similar problems and send the corresponding stack trace to chess.com.
