Kinda odd requirement. Maybe you should just require 1400+ online rating. Your rating is still in flux atm. I speculate that you started ur account at 1800s but your losing to 900-1200 rated players on here. In my unpopular opinion if I’m looking for a training partner I would expect similar play and higher rating results especially considering its online.
Well some people say that playing against higher opponents improve your rating- watching better people play, etc. Maybe he's going for that angle?
