By the way, I don't recommend you to stop here. You could play more and improve more, 2500 is not the #1 rank…. Sure, you can take a little break now, I'm sure you are tired, but then you shouldn't stop. You beat a 2700+ GM. That is not an accident. That means that you have more potential.

Yeah you are correct but im planning to not play the whole year to focus on my studies , i will play blitz , bullet but i dont want to play rapid on chess.com if i get time i will play on lichess. I will come back to rapid evn more stronger when im done with my 10th std ! .. so for now ig i might have to quit rapid.. or if i lose elo i might have to spend more time playing rapid and it takes a lot of time to recover thats why i decided this , actually im playing fide tmts evry sunday so my skills are not going vanish but i will become more stronger and come back to rapid!,

I’m officially 'retiring' from Rapid on this site now. At Rank 650 in the world, I feel like I’ve reached the peak of what I wanted to achieve here. I’ll still be active in Blitz and Bullet, and maybe play some Rapid on Lichess, but this 2500 is staying right where it is.
To anyone wondering how I got here: it wasn't overnight. It took 70,000+ games of experience (40k on Chess.com / 30k on Lichess). Hard work really does pay off if you stick with it.
