If fairy pieces do count, Dragon Bishop is my favorite.
If they don't, I like the Light-Squared Bishop.

In the dragon Scicilian the fianchettoed bishop is light? I think it’s dark. Oh yeah it’s dark. What is he talking about?

Who said I like the Sicilian? I hate it.
It really depends on the position tbh, but the piece combo that gives me chessgasm is prolly a well coordinated bishop pair, so I'd go with bishops
