For sure you must surpass the tactical chess of 600 1600 2600 elo respectively those have different trapping styles. Only then you can become a master or positional player of 1700 2700. To become overconfident or 2800+ you must not cheat because all eyes on you!! Playing by memory the lines of others is a kind of cheating!!
