Think there are other threads on chess com about them too. Personally think they are great, and much more accessible than the Dvorstky ones, which sometimes seem to be designed to be unnecessarily complicated to me.

I was reading Build up your Chess 2 chapter 1:Attacking the King and I was able to do the 1 star ones and some rare 2 star positions. But it greatly increases your pattern recognition.
